A presentation related to QAPP project entitled "The -omics and the smartphones at the service of food safety" was made by professor G.J. Nychas in the educational meeting "Nutrition in the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes, Cardiovascular Risks and Metabolic Diseases" which was organized in the framework of PanHellenic Congress of Hellenic Nutrition Society 2019 and Pan-Hellenic Primary Health Care Educational Meetings “G. Papadakis”.
