Presentations of the QAPP

On Saturday, 2 February 2019, 2 papers in the framework of the QAPP project were presented under the theme "New Technologies in the Food Industry" of the congress. The first announcement was about the presentation of the QAPP project and was made by Dr. Agapi Doulgeraki, Researcher of ITAP, HAO-DEMETER, and the second was made by Mrs. Evgenia Spyrelli, PhD candidate of AUA, who presented the first results of the project.
